VR provides a safe, repeatable environment for staff to train, building up muscle memory and confidence in procedures, bettering their professional development. VR medical training enables real-life processes to be simulated exactly as they would be carried out in the real world.
The immersive training Luminous platform comprises of 3 proven training modes. First trainees learn in assisted learning where they are shown the process, guided by audio narrative and visual cues and overlays.
They then go through a practice mode where all the guidance is turned off and they must recall their knowledge. If they carry out an incorrect step they are informed and given the option to try again.
Lastly, they go through an assessment mode. All training is captured providing a digital record and certification of the trainee’s proficiency of the task.
Remote Collaboration
Multiuser virtual reality experiences allow doctors, nurses, technicians and consultants from anywhere in the world to meet up.
VR meeting provides a more immersive experience than Zoom or Teams and allows full interaction with 3D models, virtual tools and equipment.
It can be used to remotely train staff on new techniques, procedures or equipment operation and to facilitate brainstorming and creative sessions with virtual white boards and interactions.
The Luminous platform has been designed from the ground up to support scheduling and delivering multiuser class-based virtual sessions.

The Luminous Platform is an end-to-end solution for authoring, managing and deploying immersive multiuser VR training for hundreds or even 1000’s of students.
Our solution is unique in that it incorporates a visual scripting tool (FLOW) that enables fast, efficient generation of performance-based VR training content with many features. This content is then managed and delivered via our VR Platform (PORTAL) and our single launcher application.
